Masjid Maji Saheba Bhopal

Maji Saheba was the caretaker Begum of Bhopal. She was the mother of Hazrat Faiz Bahadur Saheb who ascended the Bhopal throne as a child. Affairs of the stae were run by Maji Saheba until his attaining adulthood. Here is a picture of the Masji built by her in the area which is now called Retghat Crossing. It is near the Masaulem of Hazrat Faiz Bahadur R.S. (picture by Muslim Saleem on October 26. 2012).
