Bhopal,June 18, 2012 (HMNS): CLP leader Ajay Singh filed a Rs 10 crore defamation case against BJP state president Prabhat Jha and three others in district court here on Monday. He has filed a case against the allegations leveled by Jha and others against him for grabbing land of tribal people in Churhat.
Singh and his advocate Vineet Godha filed the case in the court of district sessions judge Sushma Khosla.
He has registered the case against Jha, Nand Kumar Chauhan, Kunwar Singh and Sharadendu Tiwari. He has demanded a compensation of Rs 10 crore from the court for defaming him and family members. He said that the accused had levelled false charges against him and his family by use of forged documents.
