Raided business groups have direct links with Shivraj, BJP

Bhopal, June 21, 2012 (HMNS): State Congress has alleged that the Income Tax (IT) Department raids in the State capital were carried out on those business groups that are actually the masks of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders occupying high offices. It demanded CBI enquiry of the mining scams of the State.

Leader of Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Ajay Singh in a statement here on Wednesday said, “The IT raids have been made on those businessmen who work as the mask of those people of BJP leaders occupying high offices. The connections of these people are right from Pandit Deendayal campus to the Chief Minister House and if a detailed enquiry of these relations is carried out, then it is for sure that many sensational cases of corruption would be revealed.”
Singh added the history of these people’s enrichment is just eight years old and demanded that the CBI enquiry of the mining scams should be carried so that the real face of this Government that is neck down in corruption could be exposed.
He said that the IT raids carried out on businessmen associated with minerals, education, property and construction have once again relived the November 28, 2011 incidence in the memory of the people when the Congress Legislative Party through the no confidence motion in the State Assembly warned and alerted the State Government about these masks.
The Leader of Opposition said the most shameless part of this development is that these masks of corruption happens to be the blue eyed boys of those BJP leaders who occupy high positions in the Government and the organisation. The BJP leadership that often preaches morality, purity and precision but also awarded Sudhir Sharma by appointing him as the chairman of CRISP, he added.
