This development may prove a big
headache for the BJP
Bhopal, June 21, 2012 (HMNS): The poster war between Narendra Modi and
Sanjay Joshi, which had rocked the political circles in Gujarat,
has now entered Madhya Pradesh. After Delhi and
Gujarat, posters with slogans like 'Sanjay Joshi Zindabad'have surfaced in Bhopal.
This development may prove a big
headache for BJP as posters point fingers at policies, ideology and intentions
of BJP. However, posters neither mentioned name of Narendra Modi nor any other
big shots of the party like Shivraj and Prabhat Jha. But it had a catchy punch
line - BJP Karti Hai Vichardhara Ki Rajniti- Par Na Vichar Hai, Na Suvichar,
Keval Atyachar ( BJP believes on ideology based politics but it neither has any
ideology nor thoughts. It commits only atrocities).
BJP with the help of BMC got the
posters removed. The posters were pasted in BJP office, Link Road, New Market, Academy of Administration,
CM residence. The posters which were of 3 feet by 2 feet carried the partys
symbol lotus. The punch lines reflects that Sanjay Joshi supporters are hurt
with decision of party high command.
However, Sanjay Joshi has not
only denied his role in poster war but also appealed that such incidents should
not happen. It is a mere co- incidence that a few days back, Chief Minister
Shivraj Singh Chauhan had picketed for the cause of farmers, where Sanjay Joshi
was present.
There is no dearth of Joshi
supporters in Madhya Pradesh. Even party general secretary Arvind Menon is
believed to be very close to Joshi. Joshi was given clean chit in the CD- case
in Madhya Pradesh. Being national general secretary Joshi had played a key role
with Pramod Mahajan, Arun Jaitely, Rajnath Singh in making Shivraj Singh
Chauhan as CM instead of Babulal Gaur. Clarifying his relation with Narendra
Modi, Joshi had said, " Party is above persons". Besides, fresh
posters were pasted in Ahmadabad
highlighting LK Advani and Nitin Gadkari at feet of Narendra Modi. However, it
is still not known who is behind such posters war.
